Meet Hope Escamilla, the dynamic founder and CEO of Valley Property Services (VPS, LLC), the parent company of SamTex Janitorial. Born and raised in Mission, Texas—a small town in the Rio Grande Valley—”I have always been deeply connected to my roots and community.” Hope’s journey began with a deep passion for the janitorial industry, and over the years, that passion has evolved into a professional commitment to excellence, reliability, and community development.
With over 28 years of comprehensive experience in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Office Management, and Operations Management, she has honed a skill set that has enabled her to excel across multiple industries in the continuously evolving marketplace of Dallas/Fort Worth. This diverse background has provided her with a firm foundation in overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and fostering strong client relationships. Hope’s unwavering commitment to empowering her team and enriching her community forms the cornerstone of her entrepreneurial journey as she drives VPS-Samtex Janitorial toward a future of sustained excellence.

Torri Birdwell is a native of the Dallas, Oak Cliff area. Mr. Birdwell has more than 20 years of Janitorial Sales & Operational experience. After many trials and tribulations, Mr. Birdwell is ecstatic to have the opportunity to own and manage this exciting Jem of an organization called Valley Property Services, the parent company of SamTex Janitorial. “It is surreal, a Dream Come True. I personally commit to each of our consumers the very best effort to satisfy their immediate supply and service needs,” says Mr. Birdwell. Here are a few more of Mr. Birdwell’s key attributes:
